These Terms govern your use of Sprite Sheet Tool at https://spritesheettool.com/, including local browser tools, accounts, paid features, and AI sprite generation (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

• "Content": Images, prompts, GIFs, sprite sheets, and other material you submit or process

Service Description

Sprite Sheet Tool provides browser-based tools that let you:

• Pack individual images into a sprite sheet with configurable layout and padding
• Extract frames from an animated GIF
• Split an existing sprite sheet into individual frames
• Export results as PNG, ZIP, JSON atlas, or Phaser atlas formats
• Submit reference images and prompts for AI-assisted sprite generation
• Create an account, purchase credits or subscriptions, and access eligible generated results

The packing, splitting, GIF extraction, and export tools normally process Content locally in your browser. AI features send the Content you choose to submit to our servers and third-party AI service providers. Feature availability, limits, prices, and output quality may change.

Accounts, Credits, and Payments

You are responsible for your account and for activity performed through it. Credits and subscriptions provide limited access to eligible features; they are not cash, are not transferable, and may expire as described at purchase. Charges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms and our Refund Policy. We may suspend purchases or generation when needed to prevent abuse, control provider costs, or protect the service.

Your Content and Generated Results

You retain your rights in Content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and provide that Content to service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated results for personal or commercial projects. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to results generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing the result and ensuring that your Content and use do not infringe another party's rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to process content that infringes on others' intellectual property or violates any applicable law
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Services or the infrastructure serving them
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Services beyond normal browser use
• Use automated tools to abuse the Services in a way that degrades availability for other users
• Submit sensitive personal data, private credentials, unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to bypass credit, rate, account, security, download, or retention controls

Third-Party Services and Data

Authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, and AI generation may rely on third-party providers. Their services and data handling are governed by their own terms and policies. Provider copies of AI inputs or outputs may remain after you delete Content or your account, and we do not promise that a provider excludes submitted Content from training or improvement or supports immediate active deletion. Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sprite Sheet Tool and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Our website, software, branding, and original materials are owned by Sprite Sheet Tool or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, CREDITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $10 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
