This policy explains how Sprite Sheet Tool handles information when you use our local browser tools, accounts, payments, and optional AI sprite generation features at https://spritesheettool.com/.
Images used only with the packing, splitting, GIF extraction, and export tools are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
When you choose an AI feature, the reference image and generation request are sent to our servers and a third-party AI service provider to create the requested output. The provider may process content using automated systems, moderation systems, personnel, and its own service providers under its public terms and privacy policy. Provider copies may be retained under those terms, including after you delete a Sprite Sheet Tool account. We do not promise that provider copies are excluded from training or improvement, or that the provider offers immediate active deletion.
Our current first-party retention targets are up to 24 hours for guest AI content, 30 days for paid reference images, 7 days for rejected or superseded results, and 365 days for delivered paid results. Shorter or longer retention may apply when needed for security, disputes, legal obligations, backups, or service recovery.
If you create an account, we receive basic account information from the sign-in provider, such as your email address, display name, and provider account identifier. Payments are handled by a payment processor. We receive transaction and subscription records but do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
_ga cookies. We do not send uploaded images, generated results, account identifiers, email addresses, raw prompts, search terms, or URL query strings in analytics events. GA4 stays off until you allow it, and you can withdraw through the Analytics settings control at any time. GA4 event data is configured for 14-month retention, and personalized advertising is disabled for this GA4 link. We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, authentication, payment processing, private file storage, analytics, security, support, and AI generation, or when required by law. You may use the local browser tools without submitting images for AI processing. You may request account deletion or ask a privacy question by contacting us. Deleting an account does not necessarily delete transaction records, security records, backups, or copies retained by third-party providers under their own terms.
Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. We will note any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
